Genuine Kuma products are sold through this website and authorized retail partners we approve in writing. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may be expired, improperly stored, counterfeit, or otherwise not covered by our guarantee.

We do not authorize resale of Kuma products on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and similar platforms) unless the seller is an authorized partner with written approval.

Purchasing inventory from our site for the purpose of unauthorized resale is prohibited and may result in canceled orders, account suspension, and refusal of future sales.

Our 30-day first-order guarantee and customer support apply to products purchased from Kuma or authorized partners. We cannot guarantee authenticity, freshness, or support for products bought from unauthorized sources.
